  • When a Company, a prospective Client, approaches us for an executive search assignment, we aspire to gain detailed information in regard to its establishment, its operations, its products, and overview of its requirement of the position, to be assigned.
  • Immediately, upon receiving inquiry, a consultant is assigned as the Account Manager for the Company. He/She approaches the company’s HR/Management for a visit to Client’s Offices for meeting with them and the line management to discuss & fully understand the position in hand as well as to assess the most important factor of executive search “the environment/culture of the company”.
  • Simultaneously, we seek a JD of the position from the Company. If no JD is available, our Consultant assists in developing one in consultation with the Company’s HR & Line Management.
  • Incase, the company & ENI decides to move forward with each other, a MOU is subsequently signed with mutually agreed “executive search fee rates” and “terms & conditions”.
  • Once the position is assigned formally and JD has been finalized, we move expeditiously on the search - we hold internal discussions to classify companies to be targeted, search & identify “Who's Who" at similar position with the target companies, refer to our database for other individuals meeting the position criteria, …and develop a short-list.
  • Our ‘Due Diligence’ process starts here. For the shortlisted candidates, we take references from the market in terms of integrity, attitude, and professional reputation especially in regard to successful delivery of the portfolio, at hand.
  • We hold Panel or One-to-One, Face-to-Face, interviews/meetings with these candidates; evaluate their professional skill, grooming, potential, attitude, communication skills to assess them for the assigned position at hand. This allows us to come to final shortlist for submittal to the Client.
  • After due submittal to Client, the assigned consultant assists/facilitates due arrangement of the introductory interviews.
  • After due selection by the client, if requested by them, we assist in negotiation of the remuneration package. If requested for, we do provide consultation/advise on external/market equity for the position, at hand.
  • We stay close & work with the Client till the finalized candidate has accepted the Appointment and joined the organization. We do keep contact with both even after the joining to ward off any ‘joining hitches’.
  • We invoice only after the Appointed Individual has joined the Client’s Organization.
